Handmade sets are dispatched within 5 business days of payment. Courier then takes 1-3 business days (R99). Orders over R599 ship free, and Johannesburg collection is always free.

Sets are R300 each, with automatic savings when you buy two or three, applied in your bag. A salon gel or acrylic set typically runs R350-R600 every few weeks.

No. Nothing is drilled or filed into your natural nail, so they're far gentler than acrylics or hard gel. Damage comes from removal, not wear: soak for 10-15 minutes and lift gently rather than prying.

Yes, once the glue has set (avoid water for the first hour). Heat and detergent are what loosen adhesive, so wear gloves for dishes to get the full two weeks.

Press-ons win on speed, cost and zero nail damage. Choose acrylics or hard gel if you want a month of wear and don't mind salon time and the regrowth cycle. Many people wear press-ons between appointments.

Opened, tried-on or worn sets can't be returned for hygiene reasons, and that includes sizing mistakes. Unopened sealed sets can be returned within 7 days. Anything damaged or defective, contact us and we'll replace or refund it.

Small lifts fix with a drop of glue on a clean, dry nail. If one breaks in the first week of normal wear, send us a photo and we'll help.
