How long do press-on nails last?
With glue and good prep, up to two weeks. With adhesive tabs, one to three days — perfect for events. Prep (clean, dry, oil-free nails) makes the biggest difference.
Can I really reuse a set?
Yes — that’s the point. Remove them gently by soaking (never pry), clean off old adhesive, and store them in the box. Well cared-for sets survive many wears.
How do I know my size?
Measure the widest point of each nail in millimetres and match it to our size chart — the full walkthrough is on the sizing guide page. If you’re between sizes, size up and file to fit.
How long does delivery take?
Every set is handmade, so orders are dispatched within 5 business days of payment. From dispatch, courier to your door (R99) takes 1–3 business days. Orders over R499 ship free, and collection in Johannesburg is always free.
How can I pay?
Once checkout goes live: card (Visa/Mastercard), instant EFT, Capitec Pay and SnapScan — all processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
Do you do custom sets?
Not at the moment — every design is a small ready-to-wear batch. Follow us on Instagram to catch new drops, and tell us what you’d love to see next.
What is your returns policy?
For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on opened, tried-on or worn sets — and that includes sizing reasons, so please measure with our sizing guide first. Unopened sets in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery (return shipping at your cost). If anything arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we’ll replace or refund it. Full details in our Refund & Shipping Policy.
A nail broke or popped off — help?
It happens! Small lifts fix with a drop of glue on a clean, dry nail. If a nail breaks in the first week of normal wear, message us with a photo — we’ll help.
