Shipping policy
Every set is handmade in small batches in Johannesburg. Orders are packed and dispatched within 5 business days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive an email with a tracking reference as soon as your parcel is on the move.
- Courier to your door — R99 · typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Free delivery on all orders over R499.
- Collection in Johannesburg — free; we'll contact you to arrange collection once your order is ready.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and start from dispatch, not from payment. If anything delays your order beyond the dispatch window, we'll contact you with the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
Refund & returns policy
Opened sets — no returns (hygiene)
Press-on nails are a personal-care product. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on sets that have been opened, tried on or worn, or where the seal on the packaging is broken. This includes change-of-mind and sizing reasons — please measure carefully using our sizing guide before ordering, as choosing a size range is your responsibility and is not a defect.
Unopened sets — 7-day cooling-off
In line with section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you may cancel your order within 7 days of delivery provided the set is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. To do so, contact us with your order number within the 7 days. The cost of returning the parcel to us is for your account, and the refund is processed once the set reaches us in resellable condition.
Defective, damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, has a genuine manufacturing defect, or we sent the wrong item, we will repair, replace or refund it — including any delivery costs — as required by the Consumer Protection Act. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery (ideally within 48 hours) with your order number and photos so we can resolve it quickly.
The following are not defects and are not covered: normal wear and tear, sets damaged by force-removal or incorrect application/removal, lifting caused by skipped prep, incorrect size-range selection, and slight variations from product photos inherent to handmade items.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider (Paystack) back to your original payment method. We process approved refunds within 7 business days of approval (and in all cases within the 30 days required by law); your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the amount. We do not offer cash refunds.
Starting a return
Message us via the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. Please don't send anything back before we've confirmed the return — unapproved parcels may be refused.
