Privacy policy

What we collect, and why
We collect only what we need to run your order: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address (to fulfil and deliver your order), and your order history (to help with returns and support). Payments are processed entirely by Paystack — we never see or store your card details.
If you opt in to our mailing list, we store your email address for marketing. That opt-in is always a choice — it's never pre-ticked, and every mail includes an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that make the shop work:
- Paystack — payment processing
- Supabase — secure database hosting for orders and accounts
- Vercel — website hosting
- Resend — transactional email (order confirmations, shipping updates)
- Our delivery partners — name, phone and address, strictly to deliver your parcel
Some of these providers store data outside South Africa. We only use providers with security safeguards consistent with POPIA's requirements for cross-border transfers. We never sell your information.
Your rights under POPIA
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep basic transaction records where the law requires). To exercise any of these rights, email us — see the contact page.
Retention & security
Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer-protection law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. All data is encrypted in transit, and access to our systems is limited to the people who run the store.
